The SGC is happy to host Mr Khiatani, Deputy CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge, who will speak on 'The Millenial Challenge: Innovating Work Culture’.With the increasing number of millennium entering into the workforce, how do companies innovate their space strategy to retain talent? About the Speaker:

Mr Khiatani is the Deputy Group CEO of Ascendas-Singbridge (ASB), a leading provider of integrated urban development and business space solutions. ASB has presence across 29 cities in Asia and Australia with Assets under Management amounting to some US$15 billion.

Before joining Ascendas in 2013, Mr Khiatani served as the CEO of JTC Corporation (JTC), the Singapore Government’s lead agency to plan, promote and develop industrial infrastructure and facilities. At JTC, he spearheaded the development of specialized infrastructure solutions for various sectors and positioned the organization as an industrial infrastructure innovator.

Mr Khiatani holds a Master’s Degree (Naval Architecture) from the University of Hamburg, Germany. He also attended the Advanced Management Program at the Harvard Business School in 2006.
